• No refund will be provided for missed services due to delays caused by the customer.

7. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles will be used strictly for the agreed itinerary.

• Extra kilometers, hours, tolls, parking, driver allowance, and state taxes will be charged additionally if applicable.

• Smoking, alcohol misuse, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Sharma Tripify acts as a service provider and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, delays, or losses caused by factors beyond our control.

• We are not liable for issues caused by third-party service providers such as hotels, guides, or transport partners.
